Local Delivery Service

All our deliveries are handled by a trusted local courier service to ensure your order reaches its destination with care. This allows us to maintain the freshness and quality of our floral arrangements.

Delivery Times

While we always strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible, please understand that specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Our courier service operates within a standard delivery window to manage routes efficiently.

Our standard delivery window for all orders is between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday, and between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM (AEST) on Saturdays.

We recommend placing your order in advance to allow ample time for preparation and delivery. If you have a specific event or time constraint, please contact us directly at hello@herbaceousflorist.com.au before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Pick Up Orders

For your convenience, we also offer the option to pick up your order directly from our shop in Mount Eliza.

Pick-up orders are available during our regular business hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AEST)
Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM (AEST)

When placing your order, you will have the option to select a specific pick-up time within these windows that suits you best.

Please ensure you collect your order within your chosen timeframe. Our lovely team finishes at 5:30 PM on weekdays and 3:00 PM on Saturdays, and we are unable to have staff stay back past closing hours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in picking up your beautiful blooms promptly!

Important Delivery Notes

Recipient Availability: Please ensure someone will be available to receive the delivery during our specified window. If the recipient is not available, our delivery person will follow the instructions outlined in our Terms & Conditions (e.g., leaving in a safe place, contacting the recipient for re-delivery).
Access Issues: For addresses with restricted access (e.g., electronic gates, security codes), please provide all necessary details when placing your order to avoid delays or re-delivery fees.
Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. Incorrect addresses may result in delays and additional re-delivery charges.
