DELIVERY

Herbaceous House and Flowers will make all reasonable efforts to have the flowers delivered to you on the date they are ordered. However, Herbaceous House and Flowers shall not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery for any reason.

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the flowers in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbour or on the front step (out of view from the street), or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for re-delivery. If the flowers are to be redelivered another delivery fee will apply.

If it is not possible to access the address (ie electronic gates) and no one is available to open the gates or a code is not provided – a delivery note will be left to notify the recipient. If the recipient can not pick up from the shop a redelivery fee may apply.

Incorrect Addresses: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, a redelivery fee applies. Herbaceous House and flowers are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Flower Care

All our bouquets are delivered in a 'wetpack' - basically the stems in oasis or wet tissue to keep them cool and provide a very temporary watersource.

As soon as possible, your blooms need to go into water because they love to drink!

Select yourself a super cute, super clean (bacteria is the enemy of flowers!) vase and fill with fresh water.

Unwrap your bouquet, remove the wetpack and cut the stems on an angle with a nice sharp pair of scissors, place your beautiful blooms into your vase & pop them in a spot out of direct sunlight or heat where you can admire them.

Some flowers have a longer lifespan than others so remove spent blooms and change water every two to three days...and enjoy!
