Please note that by using this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Herbaceous Flowers reserves the right to amend or update this information at any time without providing notice.

Herbaceous House and Flowers will make all reasonable efforts to have the flowers delivered to you on the date they are ordered. However, Herbaceous House and Flowers shall not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery for any reason.

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the flowers in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbour or on the front step (out of view from the street), or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for re-delivery. If the flowers are to be redelivered another delivery fee will apply.

If it is not possible to access the address (ie electronic gates) and no one is available to open the gates or a code is not provided – a delivery note will be left to notify the recipient. If the recipient can not pick up from the shop a redelivery fee may apply.

Incorrect Addresses: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, a redelivery fee applies. Herbaceous House and flowers are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Flower Care

All our bouquets are delivered in a 'wetpack' - basically the stems in oasis or wet tissue to keep them cool and provide a very temporary watersource.

As soon as possible, your blooms need to go into water because they love to drink!

Select yourself a super cute, super clean (bacteria is the enemy of flowers!) vase and fill with fresh water.

Unwrap your bouquet, remove the wetpack and cut the stems on an angle with a nice sharp pair of scissors, place your beautiful blooms into your vase & pop them in a spot out of direct sunlight or heat where you can admire them.

Some flowers have a longer lifespan than others so remove spent blooms and change water every two to three days...and enjoy!

We will always work with you to rectify a problem, so please be kind- We make and deliver all of our arrangements with love, however please remember we are also all human and we are dealing with fresh product!

Herbaceous Flowers DOES NOT offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the lifespan or quality of your blooms, the good/s need to be returned back to Herbaceous Flowers within 48 hours or multiple photos emailed to us of the issue to hello@herbaceousfloristcom.au.

You can expect your blooms to last between 4-7 days. Flowers will always last longer if they are well looked after, please refer to our flower care instructions. Herbaceous Flowers is not responsible for lack of care once delivered, such as not placing in fresh water or a spike in temperature, however if you have any concerns please contact us at hello@herbaceousflorist.com.au so that we can help you rectify these situations if possible.

Herbaceous Flowers CANNOT guarantee the exact colour or variations of ANY flower, plant or product used in the arrangements. All natural products are subject to differences, environmental impacts and no two products will ever be the same. We will substitute if necessary to make your arrangement as gorgeous as possible.

We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It's the sender's responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions.

If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this may be at an additional cost.
